Stanford Engineering has over 10 years of engineering experience in the greater Houston area. We can help you with everything related to residential subdivisions, feasibility studies, land planning, MUD creations, construction plans, construction contracts, project management, MUD consulting and bond applications for developer reimbursement. We also have experience with commercial site design.

Our Services

  • Site Development

    Our Site Development services include designing and permitting all improvements outside a building. This includes removals, site grading, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, access, paving, parking and utility connections for water, power and gas. It also pertains to stormwater management for site drainage, detention and Post Construction Stormwater Management.

  • Land Development

    Stanford Engineering works with developers to create multi-component projects to support residential and commercial subdivisions, mixed-use developments and business and industrial parks. We prepare feasibility and land-use studies for a parcel of land and guide owners, attorneys and fiscal agents through zoning, platting, infrastructure design and construction.

  • MUD Consulting

    We have expertise in designing your projects and obtaining approval for water and sewer improvements, permitting through local, state and Federal jurisdictions, or providing valuable technical assistance in obtaining grants.

Brice Stanford, P.E.

Growing up in a small town in east Texas, Brice has developed strong core values of hard work, and selfless service to others. These core values have driven him to graduate from Texas A&M University with a Civil Engineering Degree and work faithfully in the Houston land development field since graduating in 2011.  Brice has worked on many residential land development projects throughout the greater Houston area with a focus in Fort Bend County. His experience ranges from feasibility studies to District creation to plan production to construction and bond applications for developer reimbursement. He also has many years of experience working with Municipal Utility Districts throughout the greater Houston area. The most rewarding part of Brice’s career is providing a service that meets and exceeds his Client’s expectations.  In fact, this is the driving force behind the creation of Stanford Engineering. Brice is very passionate about his business, but his true passion belongs to his wife, Alisha and his two sons, Sammy and Carl. He spends as much time with them as possible. He also enjoys being outside. Most of his vacations are spent camping, biking or hunting with his family. Along with loving his family, Brice loves to serve in his local Church working with the youth.

Biz Development

Alisha grew up in Austin and is a true city girl. She is here for all the shopping and entertainment. She handles our finances, marketing and is always looking for a reason to have a party. She has a vision for our team and is very detail oriented in her procedures. She handles most of behind the scenes work as our office manager. She has a degree in Elementary Education and loves working with children. Along with managing Stanford Engineering, she teaches preschool. While Alisha enjoys doing all these things, her focus is taking care of her two baseball boys and cheering them on at all their games. Being a wife and mom is her highest priority! And none of this would be possible without Jesus, He is the foundation all of this stands on and she is truly grateful for Him!
